Please be mindful that due to a huge increase in orders and covid-19 there may be some delays and orders can take up to 30 – 45 days. We do track all orders. 

​Separate Packages

 In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons;

  • Weight restrictions imposed by post office
  • Larger items will need to be shipped separately due to size



We do not accept returns at this time.

We currently only offer refunds if an item is damaged or defective, this has to be proven through photographic evidence.

All items are shipped with the hope that they arrive as they are sent off, we put our trust in the delivery companies but we understand that accidents can happen. If you receive your item and it is damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items with photo proof.

Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. So, if you would like to cancel or edit your order, please email us at as soon as possible, because once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes as it’s already on the way.

Having issues with your Item(s)?

We want people to feel supported and happy when they come into contact with our brand. That’s why we want to hear from you whenever you’re having issues with your Conscious Items.

As soon as you notice an issue with your item(s), there’s no need to return the item(s). Just send some images/ videos to showing us the problem and we’ll do our best to assist you. We take pride in making this process as easy as possible for you!

Note: Please, make sure to contact us and send us images/videos within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Any requests after this period may not be eligible for a replacement.

Would you like to receive your money back?

We’d be very sorry to hear that our Items are not meeting your expectations. In such cases, please contact us at and show us some images/videos of what the issue is with the item(s) you’ve received. 

We would like to understand why you’re not satisfied so that we can improve our items and overall service for next time!

Once we approve, we will process the refund immediately. Please note that the refund may take up to 30 days to be credited to your card for the Debit/Credit card payment or 3-5 business days for PayPal payment.
